Took my F to car wash today and after its done i notice that rear driver side tow hook cover is gone. I asked the car wash place to look for it but no luck today, they said they will do a detail search tonight. If they don't find it, i might have to go through customer service to figure something out.

I was also trying to find a new cover on Sewell but seems like they don't have the color of my car (1G0 - Smoky Granite Mica). does anyone know where else to get a new one with painted already ?

You can just purchase one from any dealer and have a body shop color paint. Or even better, if the dealer can throw it into a batch and paint it (for free)- that'd be even better. I know they come primered and I had my dealer paint it for me free of charge, and I had it ready within a few days.

 

i'm sure if you call they would have it and pretty sure if u tell them you are a member of clublexus, they should be able to apply the discount... i believe those colors listed aren't year specific as I believe the nebula gray was a 2012 or 2011 addition, not as listed available for the 2008-2009 ISF...

that sux though losing that thing... hopefully no one just jacked it from ya cuz it's weird how it would've been lost through a simple car wash...

 

i lost mine too and had such a hard time getting one and getting it painted. i finally got it but took a bunch of headaches. i had a body shop do it and its slightly off. i dont even care because im not going through it again.. good luck lol

 

so i actually e-mail sewell about not having SGM color online and i think they got it up now
