Default Brake Duct "Black Out" Mod

I was recently bored, and wanted to finally follow trough witha brake duct mod, adding more depth of perception the the front of the F bumper. It was very cost effective which I love since I am a bit frugal.

Materials :
-Satin 3M spray paint ( I was and you may use vinyl; I was jut too impatient to wait)
-3M green automotive painter grade masking tape
-sharp XACTO knife
-Car cover to cover vehicle while spraying anda fan turned opposite direction of application to act as an exhaustfan removing particulants that may settle on paint (overspray).

Hope you like it turned out pretty well and for less than $10 saved me from buying an expensive front diffuser I would damage since I drag my bumper in andout th driveway and places already!

Interesting. I love negative space like that. Would be very interested in seeing what this kind of thing would look like on a white.

Looks like the headlights are the only shiny thing left on the front. Doing those next?

That looks sweet bro, definitely unique. The lines on the top and the bottom brake duct line up perfectly.

Well appreciated guys. One day I possibly may do the headlights if I can catch a deal. It would defintely complete thefront fascia of the car if I had updated black lights andfos to match.

Im sure it would look even better.

This whole styling was inspired by how many cars now have a front fascia that is a great "play on our eyes" by contouring with blacks of may different shades and what not. The change is soo subtle but while I watched as my fiance drove down the street it looks so much more menacing.

BTW did you just randomly measure out the space to paint by eye?

or did you actually measure it with a ruler or something?
