^ your car sounds a lot raspier than mine for some reason. Mine doesn't make that raspy sound even in a cold start. I too have chopped cat/mufflers

In my opinion, the deleted cats and stock sounds identical. I could never tell a difference, so I chopped the mufflers. HUGE difference there. Enjoy!

HOLY CRAP! This is the best muffler chop video I've seen that thing sounds like a beast. I wonder why some people's videos don't sound like this with the same mod. If I knew this was how mine would turn out I would do this in a heartbeat ..screw it if its too loud you are too old

I am in the same pusuit, i want to delete just the secondary cats because the primaries are allready removed w the headers but im affraid of being loud and to have drone noise in the cabin, i seriously dont think the stock exhaust is really that restrictive and i want to proove my theory , i know the performance level of the stock exhaust probably wont reach the gains of vthe leading performers for our cars , i belive lexus is an awesome car builder and specifically on our model they did their homework right and since i canot retune my car i know i got to keep my modsc lose to the oem desing of the car , i dont wish to bash anybody w my line of thinking , but i know there are people like me that dont want their luxury performer sound like a beast! i might be old but i respect others way of thinking i expect the same

anyone knows what are people using to replace the secondary cats, inside diameter tubing, for example 2.25??? lenght of the material removed 16" ect??? resonators, mufflers, stright tube etc

Hello everyone,
Just wondering if anyone replaced their secondary cats with high flow cats.
I had a great experience with Random Technology cats before...same numbers as no cats :-)
I like the sound levels of the stock system, had a Borla Catback and did not like the drone inside of the car.
I don't want to just remove them and endup too loud again.
I am wondering if the high flow cars would improve the flow of the stock exhaust with any gains worth the hustle.

Seeking informed opinions
