Default IS-F Alpine Interior Question

Hey Guys,

I currently have the alpine (white) interior which i bought it with a bit worn driver side seat. What are my options as far as getting the small stress fixed or perhaps re-upholstered?

Any input & or other members suffering from the same issues with white interior have done to fix the problem? pls comment

Thanks!!

Have you tried scrubbing it with a soft brush and leather cleaner and then apply some good quality leather conditioner

Pictures would be very helpful but I would start with a good cleaner and go from there.

Exactly what these guys said, but pics would be helpful. I have alpine interior and regularly condition it and clean it with leather products. It's holding up fine at the moment!!

Lexol worked for me. I was actually surprised and impressed.

I like rubbing it down after with a wet cloth.

cool, thanks for the input. can you post pics of your interior? did you have any stress on the leather before you applied it?

i have not been impressed with any leather products over the counter besides Griots leather care. the rest will really just mess up your leather pretty quickly. especially these conditioners. they leave a sheen or greasy look to the seats and thats how the seats will get soiled faster. from there, thats what causes stress and crack marrks. one leather conditioner comes to mind is megs leather conditioner. that stuff is horrible.

if you already have cracks , you will need to find a local leather specialist and they will repair that area. what they will do is sand, fill in, and paint the leather. it really would look brand new again. but treat it right away before it gets worse.

i like to either use plain luke warm water to wipe down the seats weekly to get off oils and dirt or if i see any blue denim jean transfer, i will use diluted woollite with water for cleaning. the griots leather care will leave it no gloss or shine at all. i use that monthly.

good leather product brands are leatherique or leather masters. the stuff you find over the counter is pretty much crap.
