I wasn't able to run a square setup unfortunately. The front wheel barely clears the suspension so I went with a 265 tire up front. I would need a spacer to run anything wider.
That said, with a 285 on the back, the car definitely feels more surefooted. The front turns in better with the wider tire and the increased grip from the rs3's really pulls the car through the corners.
So, 18 x 10 +40 (front) / 18 x 11 +40 (rear)?? no rubbing issue??
Rear is also 18x10 +40 but with 285/35/18 tire. My rear fenders are rolled flat and the bumper tab is trimmed. I only rub slightly with 4 adults in the car.
