2010 with 47k miles... I put about 30k miles a year on my cars. It seems like the extended warranty through Lexus would be a waste of money... This is a lexus after all! What do you guys think for those who amass a lot of miles each year?

 

Me drives 25-30k pet year as well. Today it paid for itself. In the past I have had my water pump, radiator and rear speaker replaced. Today under warranty I am getting another spreader replaced, sun roof motor, and something in my engine that was making noise ( took in thinking it was a loose belt). I bought the $100k platinum warranty from Jerry at mid west Toyota. Still have another 40k miles left till it expires.

 

Spreader....? Is this an auto correct for speaker?

 

I don't drive a lot of miles, but every time I've purchased an extended warranty it's paid off. Even just the peace of mind that you're only out the deductible is worth it for me.
