Default Needing a good shop for header install

Hey guys,

Just placed my order for some PPE headers! Very excited. Now I need a place to get them installed.... I live in Arkansas I cant seem to find a GOOD shop in my area.. I'm willing to drive out of state. If anyone lives in TX, OK,MO,TN,LA please let me know your recommendations.

Thanks!

I have been following these guys on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/D3PerformanceEngineering

They seem to deal with some high end cars and knowledgeable on the F. Considering I'm not in TX I would suggest waiting on some locals to chime in as well.

Good Luck.
Tom

Got mine done by true street in McKinney,tx recommended by another here on the forum who had it installed there. He got it done, got a CEL and fixed it on the spot. Total cost about $500 and change.

I know Lexus of Tulsa has installed them, but I think about $1000 labor and they were Sikky's. I've been using 1 of the 2 GTR techs in Tulsa to do everything on my car. He has been overly fair with what he's charging me and I'll probably use him for my headers when the time comes. He does all the work at the Nissan dealership in Broken Arrow after hours and I stay there and help out. We've become pretty good friends between working on my GTR and the F. This guy is top notch. He also works on my friends GTR and his M3's.

Ashton at Elite Racing Development in Austin is the man. He's worked on a bunch of ISFs and rules. They also add turbos to lambo's and Ferraris.

Would installing headers on my car void my warranty?

Just had my headers installed on my 08, it's like a different car because it's so much faster. I'm in TN and the cost was $800 including the simulator install. It was a bit more work bc of my coilovers made it harder due to the subframe.
