Road trip
I don't know about you, but driving the ISF slow for me is like a lion in a cage wanting to get out. With that said I will never speed with family or friends in the car (unless they ask). The gf, different story, she loves speed as well. It is also not very spacious in the back unless you're skinny or short. So for this reason I would recommend the GX, as it is nice a spacious for everybody. That's not to say the ISF isn't a road trip car, it is amazing... 416HP at your fingertips (literally) + 26-28 MPG.

I've done ATL to Ft Lauderdale 4 times, ATL to eastern Iowa twice, and ATL to Dallas twice. It's fine for a long road trip unless the luggage capacity is lacking (with women or men who pack like women, this can be a serious problem). I'm always surprised at how good the gas mileage is on long trips.
But I'm also the guy who drove 1800 miles with only fuel stops in 26 hours with an '88 GTS Corolla. The wife and I drove her '98 Camry from College Park, MD to Evanston, WY in 30 hours (that damned thing would go almost 500 miles on a tank of gas!). It's really all relative to what you're expecting.
