I used double sided tape to mount mine on the plastic piece that covers the part under the glove box. I didn't install my microphone since my phone can connect to two different bluetooth devices at once (car's bluetooth for phone, grom for audio streaming). That and I was lazy + i didn't want a microphone sticking out.
