Couple things to add , make sure u clean the sikky headers thread where those o2 sensor goes in. 1The instruction of the 02 simulator is right but the picture is wrong. Before u start to tighten the sikky header , insert your dipstick in 1st and in place, used white marker to mark the steering shaft easy to know where to tighten back. Dont use those nuts and bolts from sikky provide, it not lock nuts like oem. So use OEM log nuts, and double up on the gaskets= oem plus sikky gaskets. Make sure to come back and tighten those gaskets after installed. Lift it up and double check everything, looking any leak or dipstick in place or any leak oil. Enjoy

These are the problems that are making me avoid getting headers all together. This whole sensor issue is annoying.

Not really if u know how to prevent it of stripping. Dont try to taking the o2 sensor out from the headers when it still attach to the engine. Unclip and take out the header while 02 sensors still attach it and spray WD40 on it, and let it aside. 30 minutes later on clamp it tight by the table or work bench and start to unbolt it, nice and easy, repeat the spray it if still too tight. That how u prevent it on stripping

i didn't have no issue other then having to get new sensor only because i wasn't able to save it as it stripped out.. even tho if i was able to save it, i would recommend changing them out with a fresh new one to save the trouble of replacing it in the near future do to whatever reason and also its a PITA to change out the passenger side sensor.

got my header installed 10hrs away from where i live and drove it back with no issue, and since then i have yet to have any other problem with my car.. No regret here

we try this method and no worky for me... .. hopefully other people have better luck then me and my buddy..

Well I think I'm fixed. I was getting the vsc code because I kept blowing the afe fuse. Code reader said low voltage. Je was nice enough to speak with my tech today for some troubleshooting. It ended up being that my passenger side o2 sensor was touchin something and it was cause my fuse to short, hence the code. Kudos to Sean at True Street in McKinney, tx for the install in fix. Plus it was only about $550 or something out the door.
