Depends on which one. Norwood built one with some piggybacks. Everyone else just took the luck of the draw and ran a little boost without the benefit of a proper tune.

Toyota ECU is locked sadly. I had ECU work done on my G35 that really made a significant difference . I can only imagine what the F would have felt like with a hypothetical tune
it is so frustrating. There is not even an aftermarket ECU with a Plug and Play harness , Syvecs can do it but they are not willing to spend the money to developed a plug and play setup.
I will be willing to pay 3-4K for an aftermarket ECU. Syvics have Plug and Play kits for the Supra:
It was more than the harness. Syvec said that their S8 and S12 ECU's can control the IS-F engine and transmission just fine and that they have done installations on race cars before. But to have a complete plug and play setup they would have to fully reverse engineer the Canbus and Linbus but they were not sure if the sales would cover the R&D cost. I asked them them how much would the R&D cost would be, but they never replied.
I got a guy that builds a ton of race cars. He does fab work, engine removal, builds headers, tunes cars. Pretty much a gear head junkie. I was talking to him about a tune the other day. He is dying to get his hands on my car and do a rear single turbo mount.
I am really thinking about letting him do some messing around as long as he promises not to hack anything and consult me before he doesn't anything. This guy is just a genius.
Hang in there, as I am still in talks with him about what we can do. Will keep you guys posted on my findings.
