So cruising around in the F today & it never fails that I cant help but mess with the paddle shift(as my woman always says 'im racing myself')

So im down this farm road thats about straight as an arrow for a solid mile with 1 stop light. I caught the red light, pop it over to manual mode & mash it on the green run it up to almost 7k & tag the paddle & caught a legit tire chirp shifting into 2nd...1st time thats happened, kinda cool & honestly I didnt even know it was capable in the F. It was a manual transmission like chirp going into 2nd...well with all that malarkey being said...DAMN I love my F!!!

It happens easier when your running a Full CAT back exhaust system... 2nd & 3rd too...

the exhaust note during downshift with a full cutback still puts a smile on my face every day. It reminds me of heel/toe shifting in my old manuals.

Catback is next on the list, only mod I have is intake...looking to make a custom Corsa set up once I find a catback Corsa system I can hack up

lol, there is something majorly wrong...its too damn AWESOME!

Took it out this morning & killed an STi 3x, once from a light(caught a 2nd gear chirp again)...once from a 60 roll & he insisted on a 40 roll(the F is just vicious from a 40)...good way to start a Sat. morning.

All this goes down in Houston and no invite??? Lol

I remember the first Road and Track review of the ISF, they claimed a 2nd -> 3rd chirp also. Puts a grin on my face. Try it with the traction control off...
