Thanks for all of the input guys! I knew something was way off. I got a quote from a shop for $1000 which I might be able to negotiate. If not I can live with that price compared to 1900 haha
I bet if you asked that same shop how much to install headers on a v8 camaro it would have been 1/4 of the price, but once they hear Lexus & ISF they think they hit the jackpot. smh
