I'm using Vais Tech sl2i and it fits my needs. I like the integration to factory steering wheel controls, the fact that is also charges my phone and the interface.
I agree on the ML+
If I did it again I would have spent the extra money.

The ML+ is amazing. I have yet to hear another iPod/iPhone adapter in any car that gives you as clear of a signal as it does since it uses the full digital signal from the iPod straight to the headunit.
