Oil Cap Specs for the 2UR-GSE?
So I've searched the forum with little luck on finding what the correct oil cap size and thread pitch will fit on our IS F engines (2UR-GSE). Does anyone know the correct size?
I've seen a couple of people with aftermarket oil caps. One person had an older style Blitz and one with what looked like a custom billet aluminum one.
I found that Blitz makes a newer style for Toyota and says that its size is M37 - 3.0.
I found that Greddy makes one for Scion and says that it's size is M37 x P3.0
Does anyone know what the correct metric diameter and thread pitch size is for our engine?
I'd like to buy the TRD version on eBay like the one I attached to the post.
Thanks,
Kyle

I had some Lexus and F oil caps made. The stock oil cap has the same dimensions and was interchangeable for my wife's old 2003 Camry 4 cylinder, her old 2007 Camry 2007 Camry 4 cylinder, her current 2008 ES350 and my 2008 ISF. I know this because both the Camrys are still in the family (granddaughters) and I regularly change the oil on all of them.

Thanks - M37 x P3.0
@ lowrideraz - Thanks!
@ streetx - Thanks!
@ JoeZ - Thanks!
Here's the generic plain blue one I bought on eBay! Now I just need to get someone to CNC the F logo in it like lowrideraz. If this one is crappy, as it was only $12, then I'll order the blue TRD one.

Kyle
