front 'lower' grill removal question
so I wanted to ask if anyone here has removed their lower grill? does the bumper really have to be removed to take off the lower grill?... I searched all over CL and all I've found was removal threads for the top grill and removal of the front bumper... and I remember also reading a single post that the whole bumper needs to be removed to take off the lower grill for our F's... any help would be much appreciated
Resurrecting this as I'd like to know as well. Just had a Laser Interceptor removed and the lower grille has cutouts in it. A new lower grille is on the way from Sewell, I just hope it can be swapped relatively easily, without having to take the front bumper off.
.....if you have headlight washers , the piping runs along and is attached to the lower grille portions...you will not be able to remove it properly, without taking off the bumper as some of the line holders are 3M taped and some are attached to the lower bumper grille.
If you don't have headlight washers, I'm not to sure as it is the only option available in the North.
