^^^if its the real disc you shouldn't be having a problem unless the disc is all scratched up...not sure if different gen matters.

3.Insert US-DVD....(disk is original)

but my navigation unit didnt load the software from US-navigation disc.
Still On nav. screan is "A program cannot be read......"So I put US nav. disk in laptop and all disk files looks ok...
I have an imported ISF as well and have both the American Nav disc that came with the car and an original disc for this region, and i cannot seem to get this regions disc to work. I have attempted all the steps mentioned above and when I insert the middle eastern disc it says "Disc cannot be read"

As far as your problem is concerned, according to my knowledge, you have to do a system reboot so that the American disc loads the software. In order to do so, just remove the fuse labeled TV10 that's under the steering wheel and then switch the car on for a minute or so. switch the car off insert the fuse back and switch the car on you will get a loading screen on your nav screen. Don't switch the car off till it completes loading. Your nav screen functions will start working perfectly but you wont have any maps.

People have gotten different region discs to work on imported cars successfully, and I have read various forums regarding this matter. Apparently you have to modify certain files on the disc (I don't know which ones) to get the disc to read. I still haven't gotten mine to work. If you figure out a way for the European disc to work please let me know

This is a particularly old version of the firmware. It is possible you need a newer version if your European DVD is recent. I've seen compatibility issues with firmware and maps when trying to make hybrid DVDs.

I accidentally put a wrong dvd into the navigation system drive. When I touch aggre button the system restart and I cannot to eject the nav dvd. I have read the comments but the top right and bottom left method did not work for me. I do not understand what does clock panel mean. Could anyone help me how can I eject the nav dvd please? Thank you!
