Some issues after headers install.
1) When driving straight, the steering wheel is almost 30 degrees to the right
2) Headlights are aimed too low.. I can barely see infront of me in the dark..
Where those caused due to the install? Anyway to adjust the headlights myself, or is a trip to the dealership necessary?

Also call the company and ask them, paul from PPE owns at customer service and has answered all my questions very quickly

quick edit, my shop did an alignment after the install as well, but that much of a difference is too much i think
Headlights don't get touched during the header install so a
on this one. The steering shaft does get moved during header installation, and the installer is supposed to mark where the shaft's original location.
Bring the car back to the installer. And yes, an alignment should be done after installation, because the front sub frame gets dropped. Depending on how bad the off center wheel is, the alignment may be able to correct it.

When the center link for the steering shaft is removed, you are supposed to mark the top and bottom with paint so you can line them back up after the headers go in. Line up the marks on the shaft and the steering wheel/ steering rack line up. Sounds like they just guessed and guessed wrong.
the steering wheel shouldnt be 30 degrees off that seems very strange. a few splines wouldnt make it off by that much, i was able to keep it dead straight 2 times without marking the shaft. possible that they turned the wheel for some reason but i suspect that the re-install is the problem.
the headlights..... there is a little arm that connects to the driver side of the front sway bar. i think it works with the AFS system... moving the headlights according to wheel angle? maybe this could cause the problem if it wasnt connected afterwards? either that or they bumped the front ride height sensor arm, causing the car to think it is too high in the front, making the headlights aim down.
those are the only 2 ideas i have.....

That sounds horrible!! The installer definitely missed a few steps... Hope you get everything resolved correctly. I always stress about header installations... So many places to wrong especially when you're not familiar with the car or the procedure itself.
I know you said yours are aimed too low, but try this thread and see if it helps: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-too-high.html
