^^^ s4play, at the risk of sounding crass, I honestly don't care which party pays what percentage of the repairs for my vehicle. Both of the other parties had insurance. I just want it done. In response to the "other people who text or don't pay attention while driving, no super car or spectacular driving skill..." I couldn't agree with you more. I tell my family (wife and son) the same thing. You can do everything right but you can't control someone else's control of their vehicle. Always try to have an "out". Not sure how I could have had an "out" sitting stopped in traffic. Other option is SUV with tow hook and metal braces.
