The ISF doesn't come with the F-Sport rear sway bar. The F-Sport rear sway is about 2mm bigger than the IS-F OEM one.

The F sports are 19mm and the stocks are 17mm.

After reading this thread, I dug my F sport from the bottom of my trunk and I tried putting my F sports on last night. The socket for the nut to the link was too shallow plus, there was oxidation. What's a good way to loosen them? WD40 and wait? Plus torque to the spec will be hard under jack stands.

Thanks

From everything I've read the sways are the same. Here's a quote from lobuxracer:

You are correct, see the charts I have attached.

BTW, I have the F-Sport Rear bar, had it now for a couple years and I felt an improvement. I didn't change mine with jack stands, I used ramps, they made the job easier.

Sikky is about to drop their 3 way adjustable rear sway bar with adjustable toe end links for the IS-F... Its worth the wait, its softest setting will match F sport and then have a light track and full race setting! james told me it will be between 299 and 349, Im holding out.

I'm still waiting to put them on and experience the improvement that you and others have mentioned.

First, the 17mm socket was too shallow, then I got another that was too deep, not enough space for my ratchet. Screw the DIY, I'm going to a shop now. I hope putting an exhaust on is going to be less of a pain.

I called the two local Lexus dealerships yesterday for a quote to install the F Sport rear sway and they both quoted me $257

I don't care how many 17mm sockets I have to buy, I'll be putting the F on the old rhino ramps and installing the rear sway myself.

I did get a quote of $36 to install my obsidian grille surround though

Take a hacksaw to the too deep socket and make it just right. Weld a piece of 3/8 or 1/2 keystock to a flat bar to make a ratchet substitute. Shouldn't be breaking nuts loose with a ratchet anyways - use a breaker bar.

Thanks for the tip! I'll give it a 3rd try.

I was expecting this to be a 30 minute thing. DIY front rotors and pads and intake were easier thus far.
