I noticed the wear issue as well... It seems like if i barely touch the side of the center console it scratches...Also, the leather seats seem to wear faster than average...

 

Console scratches are driving me insane.

I have had the driver seat leather replaced under warranty at the 10K service as it was cracked without any sign of wearing. the new one is the same, the leather is so thin that it can easily crack. As for the plastic parts they are quite fragile as well

 

It's a shame that the leather is so weak. My rear head rest are becoming wrinkled. Only 10,000 miles! I am the second owner, trying to condition leather but seems like it's not going back to new. All other leather is doing well.

 

I resorted to conditioning my seats every other weak with the mequiars. Seems to stop any "degrading". Rear head rest wrinkling is odd tho..
