Default Failed Inspection.....???

So My mod list is in my signature, but yes headers, full exhaust and intake. The NX does not matter in my honest opinion. I have never had the check engine light come on since I have had the car. The battery has not beed re set in over 7000 miles...So it failed for o2 sensor not ready
Evap not ready.

Any idea guys...? They told me drive for 100 miles then return, but I'm not stupid I just came back from Houston so over 700 miles why would 50-100 help. Are these common issues or could it be related to having the Sikky headers o2 fix? I just don't see why I've never had a code related to those issues. Any advice is greatly appreciated :-)

What signature? LoL

Did you fail the sniffer / smog test readings...???

If you have NO CATs that would be expected!!

In Fact my full out race car with Hondata K-pro and no emissions componets would still pass the OBDII hook up all day. No one in tx cares about the Cats . We don't really have a visual inspection.

You got a "System Not Ready" code as the failing reason....

Could be the sims causing that type of code

You have an error code. Get your car scanned

Sorry but this answer is COMPLETELY WRONG.... If he had an error code he would have failed for that, a system not ready is completely different.

Texas has the same emissions testing that PA does Mitch, when you upload it I will take a look and let you know what/if anything can be done. As I have stated in the past these o2 sims are NOT a good thing first off, the monitors on the F are VERY critical as to what they want to see before they pass the self test. That said passing and tripping a code are two different things. If these monitors are not setting this could explain some other peoples problems with failed Random Tech cats. anyways post up the report when ya get a chance.

I have always used Sewell for my inspections. It has never failed. I have the exhaust but do not have the headers. Can't be exhaust.

I will say with an extreme degree of mechanical certainty that this is an issue directly related to the o2 sims he is running.

Just had mine inspected in town here about 70 miles from you and no OBDII test or hook up whatsoever.

The type of testing you receive is based on population density of the area where the vehicle is registered.

Could he drive somewhere else like around here as I doubt they would even question it.
