I plasti-dipped the "LEXUS" and "IS" right when I bought it, along with the grill surround, as a temporary thing. It has been the whole summer already, still sticking on there thru numerous car washes and trips with rain on the expressway. I now do not see a point in buying a new painted/black pearl surround or badges! Even though its a matte texture, the black color turns out more like charcoal compared to the car. When I sell the car, I can peel it off without removing/installing stock parts! Plus its saving me $600+
I was skeptical about plasti-dip, but now I am a believer!
Anyone have the Lexus Black Pearl Emblems and the Carson Tuned Black Pearly Grill Grim? I am wondering how well they match or if I want them to match if I need to get the Carson Tuned Emblems as well. Only wondering since the Carson Tuned emblem set costs $211 more than the factory set.

Where can I find this stuff??? I've never heard of it, but for $6, it's definitely worth a shot!!
