Default Opinions needed, ISS Forged Complex

Hey guys, I have a good friend who owns a shop in Arizona who is looking to get these off his hands. He's giving me a solid deal, but I'd like to know what you guys think!
Right now, they're chrome, but I would powder coat them black and keep the chrome lip.
I've attached a picture of the wheel, and a few links of how it looks powder coated with the lip on a few cars. Thanks for your help guys!

This is on a 7 series.

On a 6 series, with the bolts left chrome also:

Looks nice, but keep in mind that powder coating a 3pc forged wheel ain't cheap! You'll probably be looking at $400-$600 per wheel to get them done.

Just make sure the offsets are good and clears BBK. Not sure if the original owner intended for these go on an F. Good luck!

22" wheels on a car thats comes from the factory with a tire/wheel combo with an OD of 26". IMHO, 20" is pushing it, 22"

That's certainly true, but hopefully it won't be as expensive as powder coating the entire wheel. Being that I wont be powder coating the lip.

Hey Lou,
Actually they're 20" the pictures I posted (aside from the first wheel picture) are simply samples of what they look like powder coated black. I was told that I wont be shaving anything, that's the last thing I want to do. He's a friend, and reassured me that I won't be rolling any fenders. I'm still on stock suspension and stock height, and plan to stay that way for a while. But I do agree that 22" would certainly be ridiculous.

Don't get the rims because they're cheap. Get something you'll be content with in the long run.

Well they're by no means cheap. But they are cheaper than me buying them brand spanking new. Especially after powder coating them, they'll be very pricey! But I believe they're worth it. I just wanted some opinions on what people would think if I put them on my pearl ISF. I was expecting more opinions though! These wheels seem to look beautiful on the white bimmers and I've seen them on a Lamborghini. Now I have to check the bank account to see if I can afford them!

Its not gonna cost that much to have just the face of the wheels powder coated. There are many places in Vegas to get it done.

I think they will look sweet in black, but I'd do the lip black too. Theres so many cheap black wheels out there with a polished lip on ****ty cars, kinda ruined the look for me the last couple years.
