There are many threads on DVD Audio but there is no solution yet. I made a DVD Audio using Apollo Audio DVD Creator. The Audio is too good and it plays nice when the car is in park mode. but when I start driving the song starts to skip and does not play. what am i doing wrong? Read the Lexus manual and there is nothing there to help.

Have you tried using a retail dvd audio disc. It may have something to do with the software you are using to make your dvds

It has nothing to do with the SW, when I release the parking brake the music does not play, it just skips. When I put the parking brake on again the music plays nice.

Well i finally managed to get the DVA-Audio discs done correctly. I used HD-Audio Solo Ultra SW which only makes DVD-a and other ones may make DVD-video which play audio. Now the disks play when the car is in motion too.

There is a SW called minnetonka bronze but for that to work one needs the breakup of the song. when i mean breakup I mean separate tracks per channel in wav format. Then this will make a amazing 5.1 DVD-A. This is a little too much overkill for my old mp3's.

This is a FYI for those who are interested.

Burn discs slow to avoid skipping from vibration as well.

dinardalvi, thank you for the info on the software. I had the same problem with the old dvd-audio discs that I had made myself. It works on my 07 GS without any issues, but when I tried the same discs on my 11 IS-F, tracks will start skipping once the parking break is released. I guess Lexus modified how dvd-audio plays on the the ML system when they switched the nav system from DVD to HDD based.

I used the software and now my dvd-audio discs are working perfectly when driving for my F. Thank you for this useful info!!
