How hard is it to change the oil on the and how many quarts of oil does it need? Does anyone have the link for DIY tutorial? Greatly appreciate it.

It is not hard to change the oil. The IS-F takes about 10 quarts of oil. I'm sure you will find a DIY if you searched it.

Literally the easiest car to change the oil on. The longest part is waiting for the oil to drain out.

 

I agree. It's real easy. The easiest car I've done an oil change on. I've learned to start with adding 9 quarts. Then use the dip stick to determine how much to add after that. You certainly don't want to overfill.
