Default Disc Italia?

We have a 2008 ISF and need to replace the front pads and rotors. Had used Ferodo Racing pads, but not happy with them. (Factory rotors) Looking to switch to Disc Italia rotors and pads. Anyone have experience with them? Usually do two track weekends a year.
Thanks!

No experience with Disc Italia, but there are quite a few pads for the F out there. Here are some:

Project Mu Type NS: street only, very low dust, good fit
Project Mu B-Force: mostly street, possibly light track, low dust, good fit
Project Mu HC+: special order, mixed street/track use, could be noisy
Endless MX72: mixed street/track use, expensive, supposedly very good
Carbotech Bobcat 1521: street only, low dust
Carbotech XP12 / XP10 / XP8: track pads, XP12 being more aggressive than XP8

Carbotech seems to be a popular choice for track. The only complaint I've seen is that they don't cover the rotor very well. There's a small unused area around the outside of the rotor. I'm sure if you search around you'll find pics.

As for rotors, either a set of OEM or Centric would be fine.

Whatever you do, make sure to get some decent brake fluid. The DOT 3 won't cut it on the track.
