Default Best rotors and pads for low dust?

Looks like I am going to be doing rotors if they can't be surfaced and new pads all around. I currently have the "low dust" OEM pads which are still pretty dusty. Any other recommendations or stick with the same? Thanks!

Hawk HPS brake pads are really good for a good bite and low dust, however, they are only available for the is250 and not the 350! From my research the Akebono's are also a great choice!
