Monetary issues aside. I would trade my 2008 for a 2010, mostly for LSD and Suspension changes.

Yeah, but its her twin sister with slightly bigger breasts. Hahaha...no I will stick with my 2008 until a complete redesign comes out, and even then I will probably just buy the new one and keep the old one for play time.

Nope. The value added is not worth the extra cost.

Just save for the next major redesign or a different car altogether.

I was in this position 2 weeks ago, deciding whether to get an 11', 08 e92, but couldn't pass up the deal I got for my 08'.

No, the suspension doesn't bother me, and given the losses in trade-in plus purchasing a 2011, I feel you can go aftermarket for a more adjustable suspension, anyway.

The rest of the features aren't substantial enough.

I think I'm going to wait until someone totals an '11, then buy the entire rear subframe with differential and be all set. I couldn't care less about the shocks - I'll be doing something completely different for this part of the problem anyway.
