Default ordered new tires

Finally down to almost nothing on my front tires. Ordered a set of RE-11s in 245/275 widths... should be here by the weekend. I'll report back. Another F owner here in phoenix has had them a while and says they grip like crazy, last longer than the stockers, ride and noise seemingly the same as stock. Only downside is a little tramlining probably due to increased widths?

Anyways I'll let you know how they go.

245/275 here, no tramlining issues.

Guys, these tires rock. I had the POS OEM Bridgestones not the pS2s (never understood why they shipped w/ two different sets of tires?).

Anyways, the RE-11s are superior in every way, and essentially the same price. They ride nicer, they're not as loud, the grip isn't even comparable and they look great. Not sure what else you'd want in a new tire. I guess we'll see how they last, but with a higher tread rating than the stockers and from the same company, I can't imagine they'll wear faster.

i think sometimes it has to do with supply? m3 also takes either ps2 or continental, and of course, as you guess, most like ps2 more

but the re-11, i have heard so many good things about them
