Default Locking Lug Nuts for ISF

Does anyone have any on there car other than the factory ones? I just want to make the lives of these thieves miserable. I don't mind the price!

Honestly, they are a deterrent. But far from a solution. A lug is easy to snap. I rag and a good hammer will snap a lug and save a rim.

Using multiple wheels licks is like a club on your steering wheel. It deters thieves but won't stop them and will create more damage.

If I were you, I'd use a dremel and engrave something so they were traceable.

Locking lugs are USELESS against a common tool sold at sears http://www.craftsman.com/shc/s/p_101...ug+nut+remover

The only type I could NOT remove were the old Porsche lugs which used a key similar to a door lock key.

Funny thing is that I have that kit in Snapon at my shop. The thing is that what do these crooks use for closed lugs that use an allen key type? I remember seeing those locks online by a Voigt or precision company...I don't know where I can find them now

you can drive them over the round head of a allen style lug nut as well, we do it all the time for ppl who have lost their keys.

They are only dissuasive for unexperienced thieves. The only difference they make is it takes more time to remove and they can potentially ruin the thread of the lug when removed without the key. Standard nuts and an alarm with a tilt sensor is a more efficient protection

Hey how's everyone doing? I need some help regarding the factory wheel lock size. I am trying to buy two sets of 4 wheel locks from Sewell Lexus and they give you an option on size 20 mm or 29 mm which do I select. Thank you in advance
