For those owning the 08-09 ISFs any luck on fitting a good LSD? I know i asked this before but it seems to have died down... can we retrofit the torsen unit on the 2010/11 ISF to older ISFs?

Ok guys. I'm biting the bullet. I'm going to install the TORSEN FD21AT. Once i get the part, I'll get it installed and let you guys know.. Otherwise TOMs will order their version of the LSD Unit and fit it for me, I guess i'll have to live with the clunk.

I'm actually very curious to hear a review from someone who has driven both an 08 and a 2010. I have the 2010 and LOVE the torsen diff, but I've never driven an 08-09 so I can't compare . .

I have the os giken unit and love it. Sorry I have not given any further data my car is down waiting on parts. The os giken is the only unit that is self oil pumping to reduce wear, heat and noise such as chatter due to there proprietary design. Do a search you will find some great data on here about it.
