Default Intake Systems Final Verdict?

Guys I've read every intake thread going until my head started to hurt. I know its personal preference but was there ever a definitive final verdict on what inlet system gave the best power gain?

I believe it was the Joe Z intake tube with a high flow drop in filter using the OEM airbox.

KEEP THE INTAKE SYSTEM STOCK!!!

The only gain you will see is if you add the JoeZ intake tube (which will be about 5whp).

FIGS did a comparison of the Injen and Takeda, and i think they said the stock intake was the best among the three. but Joe Z's intake tube did yield the highest result with retained use of the stock airbox. Injen uses its own intake and I think Takeda uses something similar to the stock one.

I saw the same gains with a drop in Amsoil filter and removal of the charcoal filter BTW.

amsoil drop in filter would be my opinion. Ive read thru most forums thru clublexus and lexusf and they all seem to narrow down to the factory intake box with amsoil filter as providing the most gain and its the cheapest. JUST MY OPINION AFTER RESEARCH.

Keep it stock with a drop in filter. If your going to get an intake, go with JoeZ.
