Just some food for thought.
I had some nice tire rubbing/cutting going on, with stock suspension..
With this set up:
19x9.5 w/ a 35mm offset on a 265-30 Yokohama Advan Sport tire
Solved via DIY ..
(Not recommend for the novice)

After grinding the edges of the fenders did you guys just leave the paint alone?
any chipping of the paint? maybe a can of clearcoat will help?
Which is better grinding or rolling?
35 vs 38 offset...whats the difference?

^^ 3mm
j/k
A 35mm will stick out more than a 38mm on a 19x9.5 inch rim..
Same would apply to a 19x10 rim..
However, the 19x10 rim is a 1/4" wider on each side, which will push outward more.
After the grinding/cutting/shaving process.. I recommend to use the color matched touch up paint bottle and give it a nice layer of oem paint.
