Default I just got a huge discount

On a new leftover 2009!! Not sure if I should pass on a 2010. Over $10k off msrp!! I could get $5k off a 2010. Is the extra $5k off worth going for the new 2009 over the 2010??? The only real difference to me between the years is the LSD!!!

Oh, the choices!!

Help!!

Get the 2010 in a HEARTBEAT!!! One year newer, with a factory (warrantied) LSD, and a better navigation system. I have a 2008, and if I wasn't building a house right now and pinching pennies, would jump at trading in the 2008 and getting a 2010. Then again, I don't like the wheels nearly as much on the 2010's, so getting new wheels would be an added expense for me.

i have to agree and say get the 2010 for a little more. i love my navi in our 2010 rx way more than the 2008 F... the LSD, and all the other minor updates, should help tip the scales in favor of a 2010 also. remember it's may and the 2011's will roll out shortly - if they're still planning to make them.

I don't think it matters too much
ud have to be a pretty serious very good driver to take advantage of the LSD anyways
plus most track events around Toronto are just untimed lapping events
I'd prob save the 5000g and 09 it
uve been without a f for a while now
hurry it up lol

I hardly pay attention to the NAVI inspite of all its features.

IMO an LSD is only worth something to me in the real world if you tracked your car a lot so you're getting a second or two faster lap time assuming you can fully extract your car's performance (meaning you are an expert racing driver).

I would take the 5k savings and get the 09.

Your warranty starts the day you get the 09 assuming its brand new so unless the 10 model has more than 4 years warranty, then you are not losing any warranty time.

In any case you're getting a Lex and not a BMW or MB so the warranty to me is much less critical than if you got those cars.

The story has changed now. The 2009 guy is now telling me the $10k is only good on a cash deal. Otherwise it drop to like $7500. So now I am talking about a $2k difference.

2010, here I come!

And I do like to track my car, and smack around lots of M3's!

i think you should get the 10. the LSD, the upgraded navi and HDD are all pretty good upgrades. if you dont care much about any of these options, the 09 still has some pretty great features to it, the LSD being the big upgrade not included. you still save 5k on a '10, but 10k off a '09 is quite tempting. best of luck sir!

Well if you track your car, then the LSD is def. worth it. So I'd say 2010 for you.
