Default I hate weak fitment!

Is there an aggressive offset wheel fitment thread I am missing? Lexus owners love low offsets I thought?

I want to fit 19x9.5 +22 / 19x10.5 +22 volks on my IS-F... and it makes me sad no one else has done it yet.

I love volks, am I going to have to custom order some with an awkward offset?

you can do body work to the car and make larger rear fenders to make them fit, but do you want to go thru all that hassle? lexus really screwed up with the rear, i dont know why they didnt have more of a fat rear stance.

If you want to run those offsets you should get a ISX50, because that is what those guys run. The other option is to get wider fenders to run those offsets as suggested above. Agressive on a IS F would be 20 X 9 +30 in the front and a 20 X 11 +45 in the rear and you'd probably need a 3 piece wheel to work out the clearance on the brakes and get the offset you need.

For the record I like nice fitment too but I'm not into low offsets for agressive looks with super stretched tires. I don't mind looking at it it but it's not for me.

I like the semi stretched look but dont want to over do it on a 400+hp car...

I want this setup: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...d-and-wmb.html

F215/35 R265/30
19x8.5 +20 // 10.5 +22

Guess I could just do what sonicjlee did. We just need more flush IS-F rides lol.

(Also, this site is hard to navigate around.... coming from my350z.com)

Unfortunately, for the IS-F, you can't have anything remotely close to +22 offset with 10.5" width rims. With the rear quarter panels shaved, the most aggressive you can get it, is +40 offset.

I used to have 10.5" with +37 offset in the rear. I was running 265/30 with shaved quarter panels and it was impossible to drive the car unless the road is smooth and straight. Another thing to take into consideration is the rear axle on the IS-F. It's 0.25" longer than the regular 2IS, so you've already lost around 6mm right off the bat.

Moreover, most of the F owners, including myself, are not too thrilled about stretching the tires. I hope that gives you an idea why you don't see IS-Fs with super aggressive offsets.

Yea man stretched tire on a regular IS looks good but on an F, meat is necessary, remember 400+HP!

Heh, I had gold LE37s off my Z with the exact sizes (9.5/10.5 +22) that I would have wanted to put on the F. No dice. If you want the car to the drivable, stick with the recommendations.

It all makes sense, thanks everyone!

I had a Z as well.. I had 19x9.5 +12 and 19x10.5 +12 with semi-meaty 245/275 set up.
Im actually trying to sell my Volks for a set that will fit my IS-F. People are throwing +22 offset volks at me left and right...

Gah! Looking at this picture makes me want to keep the wheels! I will probably get mag blue volks in the correct is-f offset. Its my favorite all-time wheel.
