Default Got a Few Things Installed. Updated Pix

CF splitters, Ventross diffuser, blacked-out trim, re-painted front grill/emblem. I think that's about it. Oh and an air filter.

FYI - I was very disappointed with the fitment of the diffuser. The materials/quality of the part itself was great, but a couple of things were very wrong. Sorry I just need to vent:

1.) The shape of the opening for the exhaust tips did not match the OEM opening, possibly by design. I looked at the studio pix of the Starfire Pearl Ventross IS-F, and either they chopped the pix to hide this fact, or they took shots from an angle where it wouldn't show. Basically, you could see the stock opening underneath the diffuser. If you have a black or SGM F, it might be ok, but on USB it looked terrible, so I had to wrap the stock openings in flat black vinyl (Thx for the suggestions jctheplaya), so it wouldn't show through. Now it is pretty much hidden and you can't tell even if you looked directly through in the day time. But it should never have been designed this way in the first place.

2.) No matter how I wiggled it, I could not get the top corners to fit snug. There was a 2-3mm gap. So I had to get black silicone to seal the gaps. Again, I fixed it and now it looks almost perfect, but I shouldn't have had to do this in the first place.

Again, not to turn this into a rant, but I expect more out of these aero parts companies, given their reputation. I remember reading someone else's F had problems with their lip, and I have already seen fitment issues with WALD also. For the prices we are paying for these parts, I honestly expect more. If they don't want people buying reps, then the authentic parts need to fit like a glove.

Anyways, enjoy the pix.

Looks good!

I've heard about the poor fitment on the Ventross parts, glad you were able to make them work though.

Your car is my favorite USB and one of the best looking IS F's on CL. Always tasteful.

your USB looks amazing despite it having the diffuser fitment problem. you're right about paying a pretty penny- fitment should be spot on without any need for fabrication. the ventross looks good nonetheless!

It looks pretty good. I thought about getting the rear diffuser but I'm not sure how it'll flow with MRM.

SICK! 2 questions:

1. What suspension?
2. Specs on wheels and tires (offsets and sizes please)?

Thx for the comments guys. Props to fellow owners for finding parts for the F that I wouldn't have known otherwise.

FYI:
Suspension: Tein H-Tech
Wheels: 20x9+37, 20x10.5+43
Tires: 245/30/20F, 275/30/20R
Lugs: Project Kics Caliber Titanium Coated

Brakes were painted with high temp caliper paint. I didn't remove them, just masked like a mad man!
