Does anyone have the Black Chrome Grille Surround on an Obsidian IS? I was thinking of doing this but don't want to drive out to Carson if it doesn't look good. Also, as CL members, do we get any kind of deals with CarsonTuned?

Carson sells the black chrome version. If you wanted it color matched to your obsidian perfectly, I'm sure you could ask Carson to do it for you or I know VIP Auto would be happy do it

I'll have to reach out to each of them. It seems like it would be pretty easy if you can get a spray can of the right color match. Has anyone painted the upper grille (not the surround part). I was hoping to paint match that too but I am worried about cracking etc...
