Default Cracked Bumper/Diffuser

So I was cleaning my diffuser tips and I found that the plastic that wraps the tips on the bottom is cracked... I called the insurance company they want $500 and they said the whole rear bumper would have to be replaced.

I was thinking if I should replace the bumper of if there is a diffuser I can buy to cover up the cracked piece...

Any ideas?

I'll have to post some tomorrow, but its basically the plastic part underneath the tip is actually broken, and I can connect the pieces back to together and move it around.
