Default Brake Pad replacement

I currently have 3,500+ miles on my IS-F and I;m going buts over trying to clean the brake dust from my rims. I;m thinking about purchasing ENDLESS Pads. Does anybody have suggestions? Anybody use Endless pads?, If so what type did you use? and how was the brake feel, brake dust, and rotor life?
