Since I haven't seen this come up in a while on here or the other threads. Does anyone have information, wiring DIY, to have fogs on with parking light switch? It would look sick with my HID fogs. I remember i did it in the IS300 pretty easy wiring into the fuse box, but does anyone know anything about it on the F?

 

There's no easy way to do it in the ISx50. I'd be shocked if the IS-F were any different. The problem is the lights are turned on by the BEAN ECU, not the switch. If you mess with the wiring you'll make the BEAN ECU angry and it will be constantly telling you there is something broken.

I looked into this deeply in 2007 or so. It's not simple at all.

 

Maybe its better to leave it as is......

Our member "A/C" had this done via modifying the software codes using a Hex editor program..
I guess an extremely knowledgeable Lexus tech overseas has figured this out.

Isn't that always the case

 

so no one has been able to do this? or copy how the 2IS can do it? i have seen a few IS's around with fogs on with the city lights....
