I contacted Tein about the High Tech springs that just came out for our car, they were very quick to resond and sent this email and picture!! I thought it was very helpful!

Please find a photo of our High.Tech equipped IS-F test vehicle attached.
The High.Tech line is designed to provide a lowered stance without affecting
ride quality, with firmer rates for a more confidence inspiring feel. We
have provided part number and pricing details below along with additional
technical specifications. All TEIN products are available for purchase
through any of our authorized dealers for which a complete list can be

The High.Tech springs are designed to be used with
the stock shocks and utilize spring rates that match the valving of the
dampers to insure proper performance and lasting shock life. The springs are

that is a perfect drop compared2 the eibach springs this set up looks even....i think i will get these....

That drop is near perfect. Another 1/4 or 1/2 inch and it would be great.

Drop is great, but does it get rid of the bouncy stock suspension? Coming from an Evo I'm used to a stiff ride, I think the IS-F needs some help in this department.
