When you were at ramey built, did you see a red right hand drive turbo integra?
well not what i expected with the DA in the 400's but what can ya do. 12.90 @ 110 on sunday at byron raceway in illinois. I'm intake, borla catback and et street on is350 rims. track had over 400+ cars so only got 2 passes in in 5 hours! was terrible. need to really get used to getting out of the hole cause my 60' times were 2.06 on both runs. hope to get back out this week!
400s DA isn't really that bad actually.. could be all that waiting and cold engine? I'm going to GLD this weekend to see if I can break into the 11s. From the weather forecast, looks like it'll be cold enough - but cloudy is usually lower pressures. We'll see...
I assume he meant that with that low of a DA that he would run better times. That's a DA we NEVER get around here in OK. Best we get is about 1,000ft.
What's up folks? I ran on Friday and I ran Today. Did some experimentation. Friday was 48 and today was 46 degrees and the pressure on both days was 30.2 and 30.3 inches. Both days the dew point was like 30 degrees so very similar conditions. Today was at least a 5-10 mph higher headwind for sure and as a result, I was trapping 1 mph slower despite the equivalent 1/8 mph and 60' times. I think overall, the actual headwind was 15-20 mph!!!
But here are my best time slips. I did break 12.0 finally - must've caught a break in the wind or something. I am car 828 and 641.

I didn't break the all-motor record, but I do believe I broke the all-motor 60' LOL. 1.827 felt pretty darn good! My best trap was 116.92 and my best ET was 11.998 Best 1/8 speed was 93.28 mph@7.799
I did a little reading on DA and from it appears, the actual temperature seems to have the greatest impact on DA. I think if I run at 38 degrees or colder, I think I might be able to cut a 11.90. Here's to hoping the drag season goes for a couple of more weeks so I get another shot at it. I'm also going to put on coilovers to get the weight down even more. I'm not ditching the seats yet nor removing mufflers quite yet. LOL
One last thing - I did the DA calculation and based on dragtimes' website, the other day and today came out to e -272 and -308 feet below sea level.
