There simply aren't enough proven performance mods available. I'll let the rest of you modding nuts, work on your cars first and show the rest of us what's the best bang for the buck.

Best mod = Performance Driving School.

You'd be amazed at how much more fun ISF can be had when knowing how to control out of control or finish the lap many seconds faster

Same here. I wanted to get a car that was satisfactory in terms of stock performance so I can focus on customizing its looks. However, recently I've noticed that the tires are just not up to par with the car's capabilities, so I'm getting a set of 20s and a wider tire setup as my first big mod for more grip and responsiveness. So I guess looks + performance at the same time.
