Not that I know of. The way I look at it, I've never heard any restriction or time limit for having your high beams on, so running the DRL's on high all the time shouldn't have any restriction. Also, LED's are MUCH cooler than halogen, so I don't expect any problem. I guess time will tell, but I'm pretty comfortable with the setup.
