I think you should. Black cars look great with tint so long as its done right. What's the legal limit where you are? I'd say do the limit if it's dark enough, if not I'd do a shade or two darker

Legal is 35% in Maryland. I don't know if that will be dark enough.

 

I did 30% on all...white with dark tints looks good but it does get looks from local police

Like another poster said, do 20% all around - that's what I have on mine. I live in VA where the legal limit is also 35%, but I've only been cited once in the three years that I've had the car (and that was only because I got pulled for speeding).

Black and Silver cars look the best with a dark tint IMO

 

35% will look plenty dark esp. with a black interior.

 

I disagree - there's a reason why 35% is the legal limit in most States. IMO its too transparent.

Darker tint ALWAYS looks better!
