Just got the Clear Bra put on my car and it was hardly noticeable up close on Black. In fact you couldn't really see it even on the side mirrors, around the windshield, or even the rear bumper. Feels like my car is virtually wrapped in a condom!

I even got the NAV and center console done - highly recommend. Parts from Aerotect for the IS250/350 fit the console and NAV without any problems.

So my question is, does anyone know if the Lexus emblem on the grill and rear can be replace with a Black Pearl emblem that is out there or is that size specific to the ISF? I love that look on my GS.

 

Windshield? I think this is the first time I actually heard of anybody applying it to their windshield. Is there any optical distortion? Did you also get the full hood?

The dealer did it for me as part of a package deal I negotiated with them when I bought the car. In a few weeks when it gets a little warmer, I'm going to have Sun Control do my side flares and Tint.

Does Sun Control do Huper Optik tint? Are you going to put it on?

 

Actually they do make it for windshields now.

 

Unfortunately no, I don't know of any place up here that does Hyper Optik tint, and if they do I don't think it will be cheap? Do you have it on your car now or plan on getting it?

With all of the snow, I still haven't done my tints yet - waiting for the roads to clear up.

I dont have it on my car right now. I contacted Huper Optick via there website last week and was told that there were not any installers/dealers in MN. I responded to Mark Hardin (mhardin@huperoptikusa.com) and asked him to send me a list of dealer / installers that are the closest to MN. I will deffinatley be getting next time around since my car will be outside while I am at work.

Let me know if you want me to PM you when I get the list of installers.

Went to Wayzata on Saturday and I finally got to check out the ISF up close and personal. AMAZING CAR!! I am in love I think. Any chance I could get a ride in your ISF some time when all the snow is gone?
