I only saw this today and obviously I days and days too late. I would think that if Lexus sees this as a successful marketing tool (seems to be) that they will do it again if no one hurts themselves or attracts only shallow-pocket enthusiasts.

For those coming from out of state where are you staying? I'm getting ready to make plans and figured it would make sense to be close to the track. I'm still trying to decide whether to fly back Saturday or Sunday. Any more news on a planned CL gathering?

These are Moroso's partners. Some great deals. Please give feedback on which maybe the best hotel. I'm open to all options.

Okay so this is finalizing. I would like to have this official by Friday night, that gives people a good week to know final plans.
1. Friday night
-name hotel(s) out of towners will stay at. Moroso hotel/motel Partners are here;
Moroso Motorsports Park - Bookmarks / Root / Visitor Info / Hotels
There is something for every budget.
I will more than likely be staying here, the FairField Marriot as there is the Club Safari inside!! (how is this club??)
Palm Beach Hotel: Marriott Palm Beach, FL Hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
-For those that want to meet Friday, a time/place will be set.
-From there, we cruise to Moroso for the Friday night drag.
-Cruise or go out that night? Or play cards at the hotel room/conference room?
2. Saturday
-Breakfast Saturday morning or meet to cruise in Sat morning.
-Parking together at Moroso (though I am guessing the park will be CLOSED and we will be able to park together irregardless if we get permission or not). Lexus will have light breakfast/lunch refreshments.
-Lexus meet in the parking lot for those waiting to drive, finished driving, those not driving and those that want to show some love and share their cars!
-Cruise from Moroso to either Dave and Busters or Brussroom (we need to decide which one)
-Go out and club at SAFARI which is at the Fairfield Marriot??? (I am going out!!!)

-no plan. unless people want to meet for Breakfast one last time

Due to a computer glitch, the 11 AM time slot for the upcoming Saturday 19 January Lexus IS F Performance Experience at Moroso Motorsports Park in Jupiter/West Palm Beach, FL was seriously overbooked.
Solving this problem requires that 30 people (Including 3 my.IS Senior Moderators) reschedule their times from 11 AM to different sessions. To be precise THE PEOPLE IN THE OVERBOOKED LIST BELOW ONLY need to reschedule. Some have already done so and will NOT appear in the list below. If you are on this list, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE ASAP:

Got the airfare and car. Trying to figure out what hotel to stay at. I don't think I want to spend the additional $$$ for the Marriot.

STILL haven't received a confirmation email... starting to sweat a bit... ....I wish I would have taken a screenshot of the reg page it wanted me to print out, so I could have emailed it to myself
