As for how it looks, I think the hood bulge and the gigantic scoop behind the front wheel really ruins the IS's clean lines. What a disappointment.

I know how to lower cars via Photoshop... been working in PS for years. And you're right, it is better to do the top half of the photo. But, this guy isn't very versed in PS. It looks like maybe he used two layers, which covered the "gap" that would occur.

Well, we'll see if the true pic looks much different from this pic. I like what I see. I'll definitely consider the IS-F when I switch cars.

something about the angle and proportions just doesn't look right. I also think it's lowered excessively for a factory show car.

just look at the wheels tucked an inch or two in the fenders, its gunna be low, but now that low. I hope it's not subtle but not that dramatic...

wow, I really hoped it would be more sporty. In those pics at least, although fake, it seems that the ext. is really "done up" and the interior is dragging. It looks like they just gave it alluminum pedals, alluminum trim and a little emblem on the bottom of the steering wheel and called it "sporty"...lacking sport in my oppinion , I hope the real thing has like a different steering wheel, maybe C/F trim, more sporty seats, possibly different shift ***, custom mats...etc.

I really don't like the hood. Gives our IS a HUGE forehead.

Kinda disappointed, but maybe its performance will out weigh its looks.

I like those white seats! However, if that was mine I'd want sterling instead!

It looks more to me like a rotation rather than a lowering, see the bad blend job of the asphalt below the car and the slight angle change in what can bee seen in rear glass. And the passenger side windshield to A pillar junction needs work.

I think Mercury is calling wanting their 60's fleet-of-foot emblem back off the rear front quarter panel and Astin Martin-Bond wants their late 60's front end back and Mustang their reverse scoop... the car is ugly and maybe the PS altered the front 1/4 of the entire car so badly it threw the perspective off-making the front look bloated in relation to the back 3/4 of the car.

And they would never bolt on cheasy ground effects like that. That is just awful.

The front is god awful, performance is great, sides are pretty good, interior looks the same as my 350, but i kinda wished for an E-brake so I could actually drift in this car...

A-pillar forward, I just can't say this is a very good looking car. I'm really more interested in the look of the quad-pipes, but it borrows too much of the subtlties from the 350, while carrying revisions that make it look boy-racer. Functional perhaps, but couldn't do it myself based on looks alone.

Something about the doors as well...I'm thinking it would look better as a 2-door, and needs more aggressive side veiw mirrors, head and tail lights to help distinguish it a bit more, if this is indeed the IS-F.

I'm not feeling it and as someone said, it does look too over-done for a Lexus; including the interior treatment. What's w/the trim pieces looking like an aftermarket stick-on...?

Perhaps these photos are fake - or they are real. Perhaps it will look better in person but again, I'm not feeling it.

Im must say... I'm dissapointed. No manual? Ok, give me a DSG and I can live with that. What? Only auto? But why? You have sequential manual transmission technology!!! >
You put in the 5.0 V8? Nice.... Why does it 'only' have 400hp & 350ft/lbs tq? That is 20hp more than the 4.6 and LESS TORQUE!!!! WTF?!?!?! [veryangry]
Nice brakes, decent wheels...The car is pretty low, lets just hope it the suspension is set up and can handle with the big dogs. But what is up with that body kit!?!?! Not feeling it at all [ranting]

I give up. honestly. Do they listen? I dont think so.

I will try and assume that
1- maybe the engine is severly undertuned so that they can bump the power up to maybe 500+ for the GS-F (God please dont let it be the LF-A, cause I still want my V-10 in that)
2-They are just saying 'over 400hp' so that the competition wont know exactly how much they are pushing, so that they can undercut them closer to launch.
I really cant thing of anything else, cause 400hp is easily do-able with the 4.6, why bother with building the 5.0? That has less torque? f*king *****. [ranting]

On a positive note, the Interior IS very nice. I like that. Thats about it. Build crate engines for sale to the general public.
