Non-US TPMS?
Had my front tires replaced on my F the other day, they were 2 year old Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3s, with a majority of the tread left on them, i was confused on why they failed till i coincidentally discovered one of my rears was punctured and was running on basically no pressure. It seems my front tires failed from underinflation, yet i never got any TPMS warnings?
After a thorough search through the EPC for all IS-F models, it seems only US spec vehicles include the TPMS Reciever & Antennas, and Valve Stem Sensors (8435 - TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM), on the other hand Euro, Japanese, and GCC (mine) do not include the TPMS schema and include regular rubber valve stems in the Wheel and Tire schema.
This seems to hold true for the regular IS line as well.
Searching through this forum I've confirmed other non-US vehicles without Direct TPMS.
So my question is how is tire pressure monitored on non-US vehicles, is it through wheel speed monitoring or is there really no TPMS at all? I find the latter hard to believe.

Sorry not familiar with non US models but some other first generation Toyotas with tpms went off the abs system. Same with some newer Hondas. It might not be exact but still gets the job done. Even with sensors you can run your tires low enough that the TPMs wont light up but still get irregular tire wear.
I'm in Canada, which is left-hand-drive (like the US), but some things are Canada specific (Speedometer and other settings are in metric by default). Mine has TPMS and absolutely tells me when tire pressure is low, especially if one tire drops faster than the others. I've also had TPMS batteries fail, and had them all replaced, and the ISF gave me a TPMS error as well. I don't know if that helps though, because my car is still a North America model, and not a Euro/Japan spec model.

In the process I seem to have come across something interesting, alongside the US and Canadian spec speedometer, a Korean spec speedometer also applies to FEZRHA vehicles, indicating that Korean ISFs are also “US spec”, and checking vins online confirms this. However someone on this forum has specifically mentioned that Korean spec ISFs do not include TPMS.
I am surely looking too deep into this, and unofficial EPCs might not be accurate enough to draw conclusions, but it’s a fun thing to explore.
